our Sales Team goes to such great lengths
to ensure your experience is as smooth as
possible. In fact, each of us has navigated
the process personally, having purchased
our own homes at The Waters, so we're
sensitive to exactly what you're going through.

There are essentially three ways to become a
part of The Waters. You can choose a home
that’s built, or planned to be built. You can select a lot and the perfect plan to go with it. Or, you can select a lot and commission a design for a unique custom home. Advantages of each vary, from expedience to finishing choices, to total control and oversight.

Whichever path you choose, we'll be there with you every step of the way -- guiding you through the design process, helping you find financing options best suited to your needs by connecting you with our preferred lenders, and helping you select and coordinate with your builder.
