Rusty Daniel,
Director of Development

The Waters’ Town Founders have worked
with Rusty Daniel for more than a decade.
During that time they’ve had ample opportunity
to consider his performance as project manager
on a variety of large-scale endeavors
(including the billion dollar Cool Springs project
just south of Nashville) which he successfully
guided for Hines Interests, the world’s largest
private developer.

Let’s just say they liked what they saw.
So much so, in fact, that when it came
time to select someone to lead The
Waters’ development, Rusty’s successful
track record, as well as the content of his character, made for an obvious choice.

A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, where he also received his MBA, he is the President of NewTown Development.
