Jonathan Larkin
Assistant Director, Construction Mgmt.

Jonathan brings a uniquely eclectic blend of
site management experience to The Waters,
most recently as a regional manager for a
large landscape maintenance firm.
With degrees in horticulture as well as forestry,
he has served as a crew chief in the timber
industry and in the field of landscape
contracting. Whether it’s prompt attention to
resident concerns or large equipment repair
and maintenance, Jonathan has the necessary
command of our myriad critical areas of focus.
He holds two Bachelor degrees, both of which
are from Auburn University. He is also certified
as a Qualified Credentialed Inspector for the Homebuilders Association of Alabama’s Construction Site Stormwater Certification Program and in the safe application of herbicides and pesticides.
