Cathryn Campbell Gerachis,
ASLA, Landscape Architect

As The Waters’ Landscape Architect, Cathy
Gerachis brings knowledge, experience and
enthusiasm rooted in the small towns of
Alabama — a perfect combination as we
work to create such a place in east
Montgomery County.

A native of Montgomery, Cathy has been the
Director of the Landscape Architecture
Department at Goodwyn, Mills and
Cawood, Inc., for more than a decade. With
experience in small town streetscapes,
residential estates, recreation design and detailed site design for commercial properties, she has received numerous awards, including an ASLA honor award for the Shakespeare Garden at Blount Cultural Park.

She and her husband, Andrew (also on our Development Team), live on the Avenue of the Waters.
