
Andrew brings over 20 years of
economic
and community building
expertise to The
Waters. Most
recently, serving as the State
Coordinator of the Alabama Main
Street
Program, an economic
development effort
that helps
communities revitalize their
historic
and traditional downtowns.
In addition to his experiences in
historic
preservation and economic
development,
Andrew has served as
agricultural development
director for
Virginia's fastest growing county,
horticulture and urban forestry expert for Virginia Cooperative Extension, sales and marketing specialist for a regional Coca-Cola bottler, founding member of both the
Virginia State Arboretum and the Virginia Master Gardener Association, and successful entrepreneur.
Currently serving as Chair of the Montgomery Clean City Commission and member
of the Montgomery Tree Committee, Andrew is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
His wife, Cathy, is The Waters’ Town Landscape Architect.
