constructed over one hundred and fifty new
homes -- Shawn York founded Shawn York &
Company, LLC, and began helping customers
live what he refers to as "the custom life."
With an eye for detail and design and close
involvement in quality assurance, Shawn
personally selects local craftsmen to help
construct timeless architecture and offers a
complete interior design group that can assist
in your quest for the perfect home.

In addition to his business interests here, Shawn and his family have also chosen The Waters for their own home. In off hours, they can be found spending time on neighbors' porches and strolling their son, Jackson, around Lucas Point.
