Distinctive Homes, Inc. is a fully integrated
design/build firm offering both residential and
commercial services. The foundation for the
company was laid in 1987 when Gary Blackman
and Harold Hale started building houses with
an idea of providing affordable quality housing.
The vision was clear, "build creative residential
designs for clients in the most effective manner
possible, within budget, and on time." Together
with their commitment to lead and educate
clients through the many different aspects of the
building process, this simple concept has become
the company’s cornerstone for growth and recognition.
